6. Payment methods

All orders are done and processed by Mollie (https://www.mollie.com/)
You can complete the payment of your order in several ways.

Credit or debit card

You can enter your valid credit card details when ordering. The relevant amount will be immediately reserved on your credit / debit card and will only be debited after the items have been shipped. Mollie reserves the right to check the validity of the credit / debit card, as well as the credit limit in relation to the order amount and whether the buyer’s address details are correct. Based on these checks, we can refuse an order.

iDEAL / PayPal

If you want to pay via iDEAL or PayPal, you will be referred to your bank or PayPal account during the ordering process to complete the payment. Your payment will be immediately debited from your account.

7. License

When you buy an item, you acquire the right to use that item; you’re not actually acquiring the item itself. What you get includes a license directly from the author to use that item.

  • You are licensed to use the purchased item to create one single End Product that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.
  • The license includes the right to utilize the Item through communication to the public, broadcast, display, distribution, and reproduction.
  • You can create the End Product for yourself or for one client. If you create the End Product for a client, then this license is transferred to your client with the End Product (and you may no longer make use of the Item).
  • You can make any number of copies of the single End Product. You can distribute the single End Product through multiple media, and you can make it available online or broadcast it to an unlimited number of viewers.
  • You can modify or manipulate the Item, or combine the Item with other works, to suit your End Product. The resulting works based on the Item are subject to the terms of this license. You cannot claim ownership to the Item, whether it’s in original form or altered under this clause. You can do the things allowed in this clause as long as the End Product you then create is one that’s permitted under clause

Things you can’t do with the item

  • You can’t re-distribute the Item as a video clip, as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item. You also can’t re-distribute the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.Examples: You can’t modify a video clip and distribute it as part of a VJ loop pack. You can’t simply stylize or recolor a video and sell it as your own.
  • You can’t use the Item in any application allowing an end user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application. You can use the Item in this way only if you purchase a separate license for each final product incorporating the Item that is created using the application.
  • You can’t use the Item (or still images extracted from it) for merchandising, which means an End Product where the primary value of the product lies in the Item itself.
  • You must not permit an end user to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
  • You can’t claim trademark or service mark rights over the Item within the End Product.
